Changing Listing Status in Matrix

Yes. Matrix has specific fields for this:

Your client has clicked the link to unsubscribe from emails sent from Matrix.

If they wish to receive the emails again, your client will need to send a blank email to optin.vab@matrixemailer.com. This process could take a few hours to resolve; could be the same day or next day depending on the time of day the email was sent. Once complete, you will be able to send emails to them again and get them set up on new auto-notifications.

With the transition to Matrix, new fields were added and existing text fields like the Agent Remarks, Public Remarks, and Showing Instructions were expanded. Therefore; the information will run onto 2 pages, especially if the Listing Agent chose to take advantage of the new additional characters.

There are 2 options for a 1 page report:

1. When printing, use the report called Agent Summary. This showcases the most pertinent information, and will display up to 3 listings per page. This is not 100% of the information normally seen on the Agent Full report.
2. Set your printer default to print on both sides of the paper. (Recommended)

When logged into Matrix, click on the Mobile tab to toggle back and forth between the Mobile and the Desktop versions. If you are accessing the Desktop version from a mobile device and wish to switch to the Mobile version, click Full Site at the bottom to return back to the full Matrix version.

Even without input rights in Matrix, Listing Agents are able to add and edit Open Houses for their own listings, as long as they are the primary listing agent, or LA1.

Here are the steps on how to add an open house to Matrix.

1. Log into Matrix and click the input tab.
2. Select the listing from the drop down menu, or put in the ML# under Quick Modify and click Edit.
3. Click the Open Houses link.
4. Add the information about the open house, keeping in mind the yellow fields are required.
5. Click validate to make sure all required fields are filled in.
6. Click submit listing when you are finished.
