Yes. Matrix has specific fields for this:

Matrix provides a few opportunities to upload photos. To upload photos to your Matrix web portal, mobile portal, CMA cover page, and your email signature, click on My Information from the My Matrix tab located at the top of your Matrix homepage.

To upload your photo to your agent profile, click on the Input tab. Under the Roster header, click the link labeled Edit existing. Type in your REIN ID and click Modify to modify your agent account. From the following screen, click the link labeled Manage Photos which will give you the opportunity to browse your computer or device to locate the appropriate head shot. Click Save to finish.

The Homepage in Matrix is designed for quick and easy navigation, to allow users access to what they need in a timely manner. The widgets on the Homepage can be customized and moved by simply clicking and dragging the header to the desired location. They can also be minimized for convenience, or removed by clicking on the [X] in the top, right corner of each widget. The removed widgets can be restored by left clicking and dragging it out of the Additional widget.

WIDGETS:

News & Alerts: Displays important information that REIN needs to communicate to you. This widget is stationary.

External Links: Access to REIN Products and Services, REIN Training Services, and Account Information.

My Favorite Searches: Holds up to 10 searches for easy access.

Hot Sheets: Allows you to view listings by Property Type based on preferred criteria.

Market Watch: Allows you to view recent Status changes to listings based on preferred criteria.

My Carts: Displays listings that have been added to a client’s cart for easy access.

My Stats: Stores up to 10 custom stats that you may frequently run.

My Listings: Provides access to your listings, office listings, firm listings, and listing activity.

Recent Portal Visitors: Shows a list of clients who have visited and made selections on their Matrix Web Portal.

Recent Use Contacts: Provides a list of clients that you have most recently communicated with to for easy access.

Concierge: This widget displays if a search has been activated for concierge mode.

Search: Quickly search by MLS#, Status, Address and Area #.

Contact Requests: This widget alerts you of any new leads captured by the Matrix Agent Webpage.

TAB MENU:

Recent Searches: This dropdown menu stores up to 50 searches executed within the last week for a quick recall.

Home: Click for simple and easy navigation back to the Homepage.

Search: Hover to access searching for all property types, and search by offices, agents, open houses and history.

Stats: Click your desired Property Type to create custom statistics.

My Matrix: Hover to access Contacts, Auto-Email, Saved Searches, Sent Email, CMAs, and My Information.

Realist: Click to access Realist Tax.

Links: Click to access an alternative to the links in the External Links widget.

Finance: Click to access financial calculators, Seller’s Estimated Net Proceeds, and Buyers’ Closing Costs.

Help: Click for step-by-step instructions and training tutorials. More will be added as they become available.

Mobile: Use this tab to toggle back and forth between the Desktop version and the Mobile version of Matrix.

Fortunately, Matrix does the work for you when it comes to mapping out driving directions. Check the boxes of the desired properties on the 1-line Results grid or the report view, then click the blue Directions button on the bottom of the screen. Matrix will provide turn-by-turn directions starting with the property furthest away. To change the order of the driving directions, hover over the properties on the right side of the map, and hold down the left button of your mouse as you drag the properties to their desired location. Once the properties are in your preferred order, click the blue Directions button below the map to repopulate.

If you would like to add a start and/or stop location (e.g. start at your office or end at your office), click the Add Start and/or Add Stop buttons under the properties to get started. Enter the address in the box that appears below Enter Address. You should only need to type the street number, street name and street suffix. City, state and zip code are usually not required. Once you have typed the preferred address, press Enter on your keyboard, and then click the Directions button under the map.

Click the Print button to print your turn-by-turn directions, or use the Email button to send the directions to your client’s Matrix portal.

One of the many advantages to using the Matrix Web Portal for searching is Matrix’s real-time data. The lag-time on third-party websites such as Realtor.com, and many others is inevitable and unavoidable.

Once the client is in the portal, they can click on the “Find a Home” button located in the top left portion of the screen. From here, they can click on the gray “Start a New Search” button. This pop up window will give them multiple options for searching and filtering their results. When all of their criteria has been entered, they will need to click “Apply” to apply that criteria to their existing search.

The map will display results based on their criteria. The plus (+) and minus (-) signs can be used to zoom in and out of the map. Your client can also choose to use the “Draw” button located in the top right portion of the map to designate a desired area. The list of results will change as the map changes. If they wish to change their criteria, they will need to click on the dark gray “Filters” button located in the top tool bar.

To save the search, your client will click the gray “Save this Search” button located in the top tool bar.
