Job Description:
Real Estate Information Network, Inc. (REIN.com) is seeking a multi-disciplined professional who is detail oriented with a talent for managing corporate projects. We’re hiring an Executive Coordinator to become a key member of our team and provide high level administrative support to executives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong analytic skills to evaluate data, reports, and member interactions.
  • Superior writing skills to assist with corporate forms and correspondence.
  • Manage administrative projects and ensure deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
  • Coordinate meetings, assist with travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Experience in executive support roles, with strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical roles.

Job Description:
Real Estate Information Network (REIN) is seeking a versatile and proactive Member Services Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from our members, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional support. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and educate members on company rules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and update databases.
  • Monitor and manage real estate listings according to guidelines.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Uphold company standards and ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Assist with training programs. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Use of discretion with problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
