Job Description:
Real Estate Information Network (REIN) is seeking a versatile and proactive Member Services Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from our members, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional support. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and educate members on company rules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and update databases.
  • Monitor and manage real estate listings according to guidelines.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Uphold company standards and ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
  • Assist with training programs. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Use of discretion with problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Firm but respectful enforcement of rules and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality.

Product Support Trainer

Join REIN as a Product Support Trainer and ignite a passion for learning! We're looking for a dynamic individual to engage our members in exciting online and in-classroom learning experiences. As a Product Support Trainer, you'll deliver engaging curriculums, hone your public speaking skills, and utilize technology platforms like Teams or Zoom to deliver top-notch training. While not typical, the ability to work from home may be required from time to time. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can assist members with product support inquiries via telephone and email. If you have excellent communication and writing skills, along with a knack for adult learning and general knowledge of real estate (not required), we want to hear from you!
