System status

  • FUSION is currently experiencing a few issues:
  • Some users are experiencing problems with the default Result Grids. Vendor is working to reset grids now.
  • Client Gateway - for some, the Details display is cutting off parts of the report. Try using Internet Explorer as your browser.
  • Client Gateway - some users clicking on Details are receiving an error message. Call Tech Support for possible work-around.
  • The vendor has scheduled an update patch for these Client Gateway issues for Thursday, July 9.

Are signatures not showing up when you open a digitally signed document?
It has recently been reported that some agents are receiving digitally signed contracts that are not showing the initials or signatures - even though the agent on the other end swears the signatures are there. Here are 2 possible causes for this happening…
