Attend this 2-hour course to learn the steps to creating a Comparative Market Analysis. Learn how to enter specific criteria, search by drawing on the map, and discuss scenarios with fellow classmates. Property results will then be used to review the Quick CMA report and all of the steps of the CMA Wizard. If time permits, Realist Tax and Data Co-op will be briefly discussed.

What to Bring: Students should have a good understanding of searching within the MLS prior to attending this class.
