Fines
Password Fines:
- Misused I.D. and password – 1st offense: $500
- Misused I.D. and password – 2nd offense: $1,000
- Continued Unauthorized Access (after notification) – 1st offense: $1,000
- Continued Unauthorized Access (after notification) – 2nd offense: Services suspended
- Service Restoration Fee: $1,000
Miscellaneous:
- REIN Orientation Reschedule Fee (without 24 hour advance notice): $30
- Late Fee: $20
- Return Check / Credit Card Chargeback: $30
- Unauthorized Use of Keybox Single Access (progressive fine per offense): $250/$500/$1,000
Vendor Data Feed Violations:
- 1st Offense: equal to one quarter’s data feed fees
- 2nd Offense: equal to two quarter’s data feed fees
- 3rd Offense: equal to one year’s data feed fees
- 4th Offense: equal to two year’s data feed fees
