Save a search as a Favorite
Click the Search tab to start your preferred search. Once criteria has been entered, click the Results tab at the top right of your screen. Click the Save button at the bottom of the Results grid. If you wish to save a search for yourself or to connect it to a client, click New Save Search. Once you have given the search a name and/or linked it to a contact, check the box beside Enable as a Favorite Search on Home tab. Likewise, if you wish to set a client up on automatic email notifications, click New Auto Email. From the Settings section, check the box beside Enable as a Favorite Search on Home tab.
