How to use Supra's Agent Alert Feature

Agent Alert is a feature built into Supra’s eKEY app that gives agents a discreet method to send an alert message to priority contacts. The message and contacts are set up in advance. Holding the alert button automatically sends the message to the contacts.

To set up Agent Alert:

  1. Log into SupraWeb
  2. Select the eKEY Alerts link from the menu on the right
  3. Accept the service agreement
  4. Check Enable Service
  5. Enter the contact names & email or phone number (see instructions provided on the page if you would like alerts sent via text)
  6. Enter the message
  7. Click Save
