Enabling/Disabling ability to delete a transaction in Instanet (Principal Brokers only)

Turning ON/OFF the ability to delete Transactions in Instanet Solutions is an easy process.

  1. First, make sure that you are on your Broker Dashboard.
  2. From your left side menu, click on your Broker Tools button.
  3. Choose Office Settings.
  4. You will see the option to “Allow Agents to Delete Transactions” along with a Yes/No dropdown.
  5. Once you have made your choice, make sure that you click the blue Update button at the bottom of the screen.
