Enabling/Disabling ability to delete a transaction in Instanet (Principal Brokers only)
Turning ON/OFF the ability to delete Transactions in Instanet Solutions is an easy process.
- First, make sure that you are on your Broker Dashboard.
- From your left side menu, click on your Broker Tools button.
- Choose Office Settings.
- You will see the option to “Allow Agents to Delete Transactions” along with a Yes/No dropdown.
- Once you have made your choice, make sure that you click the blue Update button at the bottom of the screen.
You may change this setting at any time!
