Put Your Searches on Auto-Pilot

You can begin by creating a search in Matrix and choosing the criteria your clients want most, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, location and list price. Once you have your results, save your search as an auto email.
The great thing about an auto email is that once you’ve set it up, your clients are notified automatically when properties hit the market that meet their criteria. They can then view those listings in a client portal that is created especially for them. The portal allows your clients to view, search and save listings as “Favorites”. They can even send you notes on properties they’re interested in seeing. You can see those notes and keep track of your clients’ portal activity from your Contacts page in Matrix.
