Time-Saving Authentisign Tips
When it’s finally time to make a contract official, it’s likely that you’ll send several items for signatures more than once. Here’s a time-saving tip to help maximize your work flow when sending additional forms for signatures:
- Copy the Original Signing. Don’t start from scratch! Click the double paper icon at the top of the Authentisign Wizard screen (as shown below) to copy.
- Swap Out Forms. Simply swap out the documents and forms in Step 3 with new versions (or additional forms) in need of signatures.
- Finalize Invitation. Proceed through Step 4 to send your signing invitations.
