In line with government guidance in response to COVID-19, the following adjustments are in effect for REIN offices until further notice.

REIN is in business to serve members and is dedicated to providing uninterrupted access to the MLS. For the protection of our members, staff, and our local community, access to REIN facilities will be limited to staff only.

Most REIN services are available online. Log in at

  • MLS SYSTEMS & PRODUCT SUPPORT: All REIN products & services are available online 24x7. If assistance is needed, contact REIN's Product Support Team at (757) 531-7901 or QUICK TIP: Use the Search Box or the green Ask REIN button for self-service!
  • BILL PAY: Members have access to Online Account resources to view/pay invoices. During this time, on-site payments will not be accepted. Check payments will continue to be accepted through regular mail. Questions? Please call (757) 531-7904 or email
  • TRAINING: All regularly scheduled classes have moved to live webinars. Please visit the Training Calendar on to register, and be sure to check your inbox for class reminders and changes. All pre-recorded videos can be accessed via the Webinars & Tutorials page.
  • LISTINGS: REIN's Listing team will continue to provide support via phone and email. Please contact (757) 531-7902 or email if you need assistance.

Effective immediately, curbside keybox pickup will be available from 10am-2pm on the days and locations specified below. Please call prior to coming so we can have your keybox(es) ready, and we'll meet you at your car!

All members are strongly encouraged to transfer boxes within your office if extra boxes are available (just submit an IBOX Transfer Form to REIN). If you are in need of an eKEY, please contact REIN's Customer Service department at (757) 531-7903 or email

Signs are also available for sale curbside during this time. Please call ahead to let us know which signs you need, and bring with you a completed One-Time Only Credit Card Authorization Form.


REIN will continue to monitor the Coronavirus and take necessary precautions as needed to keep our staff and members safe.
