Thank You for Participating in the Instanet Survey

In our January Product Pulse, we asked for your assistance in identifying ways we can help reduce the learning curve for Instanet. What we learned is that Instanet is used by many of you several times per week, if not daily. We also learned that while Instanet produces the most support calls week after week, most who participated in the survey have not received any training on the product within the past six months. The ones who have attended REIN training indicated it has made a big difference in their overall comfort level with the product.
