Agent Membership

Real Estate Professionals must be licensed with a REIN member firm in order to have access to the REIN MLS listing database.

Real Estate Professionals not affiliated with a REIN Member Firm, please visit www.USEREIN.com to view current member list.

All incoming Real Estate Professionals are required to take REIN's Agent Orientation Class within 60 days of their license date. To become eligible for a class, the following forms must be submitted to REIN:

1. An ACC-1A signed by your broker.

2. A copy of your VREB DPOR Salesperson License by Exam Application.

Once the above paperwork is received, a REIN Customer Service Representative will contact you to schedule a class date and time.

Note: If you do not hear from a REIN Customer Service Representative within 2 business days, please contact REIN at 757.531.7903, to ensure that your paperwork was received.

All Licensee Fees and the Account Setup Fee must be paid before you are given access to REIN services.

• Current Quarterly Licensee Fee - $165
• Account Set Up Fee - $30
• Real Estate Professionals associated with a member firm in an outlying area, or those living in an outlying area and a member of another MLS, may be eligible for a reduced rate fee.
• Failure to take Orientation within 60 days of your license date will result in the Licensee Fee being charged from your license date.
• If Orientation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a $30 rescheduling fee will be assessed.
