Board of Directors

The REIN Board of Directors is comprised of nine Directors who are elected by the broker stockholders for a two-year term. All members of the Board of Directors are either principal or managing brokers of a stockholder member firm. The Board of Directors meets monthly and is authorized to make Rules and Regulations changes and to set the fiscal policies of REIN.

The Sales Managers Advisory Committee (SMAC)

The Sales Managers Advisory Committee is comprised of nine sales managers who meet monthly. Their purpose is to keep all forms and contracts up-to-date and to ensure that they meet the Virginia Real Estate Board Regulations.
