Marketing Coordinator

Provide top-level support in the marketing and promotion of company's products and services to member firms and licensees. Assist with designing and drafting promotional and communications collateral (newsletters, email notifications, brochures, invitations, press releases, event programs, website postings, etc.) while ensuring precision and accuracy of content and message. Coordinate website content and social media postings, while administering to monthly reports, logs and billings.

Skills & Experience Desired
Creative yet organized and detail-oriented
Team player with initiative
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent writing and editing ability
Capacity to coordinate multiple projects efficiently
Technical acumen to include MS Office and Constant Contact
Desktop publishing and Dreamweaver experience a plus

Qualifications
College degree preferred
2+ years experience in marketing and/or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
